KACC successfully deployed its proprietary global project management framework Key Alliance Project Management Methodology Model (KAPM3) at the Ministry of Information and Culture, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Benefits
This resulted in prioritization of their projects, and more effectively managing resources. Tangible benefits include better-performing project portfolios; efficient utilization of resource allocated, and increased process stability and repeatability. For the first time, this year they were able to send the Office of Finance a list of projects prioritized using the KAPM3 methodology rather than using best guess of what the priority should be.
